STEP 2 – DETAILED VEHICLE REPORT
Would you like to know the exact condition of the vehicle and the reliability of the seller?

Once the vehicle listing in Europe is selected, we carry out an in-depth analysis (history, mileage, origin, general condition, bodywork, consumables, options, administrative status...).
​
This detailed information is provided to you along with our professional recommendations.
STEP 3 – NEGOTIATION
Want to be sure you're making your purchase at the best possible price?

We do everything we can to negotiate a better price than the advertised one, knowing that European market prices are often lower than those in France.
With our expertise, you can be confident you are purchasing your vehicle at the best price and in complete safety.
STEP 4 – ORDER & PAYMENT
We will send you two contracts:

A first contract with the seller, which we will have verified and supplemented with our security clauses.

A second contract outlining our import service.
​
Once both contracts are approved and signed, you will have a few days to complete two separate bank transfers:

The first to the seller (a reservation deposit may be required).
​

The second for the payment of our service.
​
We then confirm the vehicle reservation, arrange temporary registration, and schedule the earliest possible inspection and pickup date.
Please note, a few days may be needed for the seller to prepare the vehicle (cosmetic preparation, possible consumable replacements, updated technical inspection, etc.).
STEP 5 – ON-SITE VEHICLE INSPECTION
Depending on the import package you selected, a second on-site inspection of the vehicle will be organized:

Either carried out by us, following our verification process (electronic mileage certification, diagnostic scan, road test). Additional photos will be provided if any discrepancies are found.

Or carried out by yourself, using the checklist we will provide beforehand.

If a discrepancy compared to the initial report (Step 2) is detected:

In case of a minor issue, we negotiate a friendly solution with the seller (financial compensation, repairs, etc.).

In case of a major issue, we cancel the transaction for non-compliance and secure a refund, thanks to the protection clauses integrated into the sales contract.
This two-step inspection process guarantees you security and flexibility, ensuring you receive your vehicle without any unpleasant surprises.

STEP 6 – TRANSPORTATION & DELIVERY
Depending on the import package you selected, we organize the repatriation of your vehicle.

For the Autonomous Package: we create a transport plan based on your and the seller's availability.

For the Turnkey Package: your vehicle is transported securely to our storage facility in the Paris region. We prepare the vehicle (French language settings, license plates installation, cleaning...).
If needed, we can also offer additional services through our trusted partners (customization, polishing, detailing, coding, ceramic coating, etc.).
Home delivery throughout mainland France is also available.
STEP 7 – FINAL REGISTRATION & TAX CLEARANCE
We handle all the administrative steps to obtain your tax clearance certificate (Quitus Fiscal), a document issued by the tax authorities confirming VAT compliance.
This document is essential for final vehicle registration in France.

We also take care of the final registration process (translation of documents, sourcing any missing paperwork...).
​
You will receive your definitive vehicle registration certificate (carte grise) directly in your mailbox within a few months.
